This hotel is excellent value for money, with very reasonable prices for a stay in the city center. The attention to detail is evident, from the comfortable beds to the English-style decor in the rooms. The staff are friendly and discreet, providing great service. We had a fantastic stay at this lovely little hotel. The location was perfect, right in the heart of the city center. The staff were friendly and went out of their way to make us feel welcome. The room wasnice and neat, and we loved the English-style sitting room. The complimentary tea, coffee, and snacks were a nice touch. The breakfast was delicious, especially the fresh bread with honey and butter. we would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Esbjerg.

The great staff who made us very welcome from the start, were most helpfull and gave us good advice about the facilities near by in the town. Parking was excelent and very close by. In all our overnight stay was a good experience and we would recomend this hotel to anybody.
Not enough hot food for breakfast, the choice was very limited.

Our rooms were spacious and comfortable and quiet. Breakfast was good and in homely dining room. At other occasions coffee and tea and biscuits were provided in the lounge anytime you wanted it and again it was like home with reading material at hand. We were there for one night over a bank holiday weekend period but went to Fano(from dock 5) which we recommend and so did the receptionist! We drove to see the Man meets Sea as we were told it would take about 45 minutes to walk with not a lot of scenery on the way. Went up the water tower near the harbour and had good views as it was such lovely weather. Couldn't do the shops justice as they were closed but there were plenty of restaurants open and there is an attractive square. We thought the hotel was good value for money for Denmark!

The hotel is conveniently located in the heart of the city center, surrounded by numerous restaurants and walking distance from various cultural activities. The cleanliness and size of the room added to the comfort of my stay. The breakfast had a decent variety of options and the staff members were courteous and accommodating.
Nothing I didn't like to be fair.

The hotel is situated right in the heart of the town, with an outstanding location, few steps away from the main street, restaurants, and cafes. the reception welcomes 24/7 with highly friendly and helpful staff. the breakfast was excellent, offering a varied selection of fresh dishes to start the day.
The room quality was poor and neglected, where housekeeping wasn't performing thoroughly, leaving unpleasant odor, and dusty surfaces.

I found the staff to be very friendly.
Even with the bedroom windows open at night the room was unbearably hot.
